Möhringen, Stuttgart – The FV Möhringen 1920 e.V. shines in a new light and relied on SmartArena technology for the realization of the new floodlight system. Together with competent partners – such as the planning office BW PartG under the direction of Mr. Abel Barderas and the executing company Elektro Zepf – this tailor-made lighting concept, which meets the highest technical standards, was successfully implemented. As a result, the lighting and thus the playing conditions for the traditional club have been raised to a new level.
The project included the installation of a state-of-the-art LED floodlight system for the entire sports area of the soccer club. The system not only illuminates the artificial turf pitch, but also the training pitch and a 3×3 court, thus creating ideal conditions for the athletes. It goes without saying that the floodlight system also meets the requirements of the Württemberg Football Association (wfv), which apply to the association and regional leagues. This ultra-modern floodlight system ensures that both training and competitions can take place under professional lighting conditions.
In addition to uniform light distribution with minimal stray light immission, the focus was also on energy efficiency and sustainability. Thanks to state-of-the-art COB LED technology, the new system significantly reduces power consumption compared to the old system – without compromising on lighting quality.
Since its foundation in 1920, the FV Möhringen has been an important center for the local soccer community. With this investment in modern floodlight technology, the club is setting a milestone for the future – for better training and playing conditions and potentially even greater sporting development and success.
